Giancarlo was and is by far the best realtor we worked with! Before going to Giancarlo we worked with a few others and we would struggle to get our offers noticed . Other realtors wouldnt pay attention to the style and design of houses we were looking for, to make matters worse we had terrible communication thru text. I worked close to 7 months with others and Giancarlo did better in 2 months. Once we came into Giancarlos office and spoke in person , I knew we had came to the right place! This guy knows what hes talking about , hes very professional and best of all hes quick! Whatever I was looking for , Giancarlo had all the info and ideas of what I was asking. If I wanted to make an offer on a property 8 times out of 10 we will get counters. Most properties we offered we got counter offers, and it goes back to him.
