        On 2/10/24 I ordered 4 pizzas through the app to be delivered to my daughters school at 1:30. At 1:35 I got a notification saying that my order was ready and apparently the door dash driver had my food. Keep in mind I havent ever ordered from the app. I literally thought it was the drivers from the location that drove these orders. Boy was I wrong. Its a third party now. So when I got the notification it say the order would get there at 1:45. Thats fine because I gave myself a 15 minute window. I wanted the pizza to be there around 1:40-1:45. This would be perfect. But somehow I was able to track my door dash driver and he was no where near the school or even Pizza Hut. I called the number provided and the driver had the audacity to say Im stuck in traffic Im doing another order before yours. So this guy has several orders in his car and decided to do my last. Causing my order to literally be delayed 30 minutes. Keep in mind I set delivery to be there at 1:30 and it arrived at 2:00. Remember this was a school delivery. Time is sensitive. I called the store directly and the person I spoke to didnt do anything about it. I was so mad because this was for my childs birthday celebration. His response was do you want to cancel the order? Really? You could offer to drive the pizza yourself? If the driver would have picked up my order it would have taken him 7 minutes to get to the school. But he decided to pick up another order in a whole different direction and then do my order last. I told this to the Pizza Hut worker and he didnt seem to care. My child had to walk around school looking for her classmates with pizza boxes instead of having them all in one classroom because they had already swapped periods. Thanks a lot. I ordered from this location because its literally 7 minutes away from my daughters school but instead it took 30 whole minutes because the driver was in a whole different part of the city. I did the online survey and wanted a call back. Still waiting.
