Walmart Auto Care Centers

Spent $1000 on tires and left with a leaking valve stem. I had to turn around and drive back on a partially flat tire.

I truly find it hard to believe that this walmart auto care center is operating legally. The entire experience was horrific. The heavy woman cashier/service writer had such a nasty attitude I felt instantly uncomfortable, but since I was already there, and had waited through a long line to even get to the counter, I went through with my oil change service. When I got my car back, the cream colored interior was covered in black dirty handprints and footprints. There was a cigarette butt burnt into the carpet of the drivers side, and ashes smeared into the carpet. (I don't smoke cigarettes) the car smelled strongly of men's cologne and cigarette smoke. The joke of a "manager" had absolutely no communication skills, and refused to take any action or accountability for the situation, instead rudely told me he had nothing to do with my carpet and it wasnt his problem if my car smelled like cigarettes. The manager's name was "Rod" I believe, because I heard an employee call him "Rod". The man's name tag was backwards and he refused to tell me his name, and said there was nothing he could do. Oh yes, and whoever serviced my car didnt seem to care enough to put air in my tire which was clearly low on air. when i tried to get a mechanics attention, nobody wanted to help me to simply put air in one tire. Finally a girl mechanic who was doing something with a tire machine, stopped what she was doing and came out to help me, while the rest of the mechanics continued to ignore me completely and laugh and party while grouped around one volkswagen, clearly not doing any work. I will be following this terrible experience up with a complaint to the better business bureau. Do yourself a favor, and RUN away from this place.

Went in to purchase a battery today. Had to wait in line for a while since noone came out to help customers. Then a women comes and starts to help us all. I purchased by battery at 6pm and did not leave until 8pm. I give the women 5 starts for going above and beyond by herself. The other two mechanic men didnt help her nor did the other man in blue near the area. I give the auto care department a one star. The women mechanic i believe her name was christina 5 stars
