This place has no idea what they are doing!I have taken my car in for a diagnostic twice and they are always wrong. First I came in because my car made a loud screeching sound when I would reverse. They said the technician drove it and he didn't hear anything. They clearly must have not drove it. Then the second time I came in my car had an intermittent check engine light on. They told me it was the transmission and they don't do transmissions so they recommended me to Parks down the street. I was in disbelief since my car is just 3 years old! I went to the Chevy dealer and it was the body control module it had all these codes because it was no longer sending signals to the electrical parts of the car. I would only come here because I live down the street. I should get a refund for the diagnostic test, since they clearly didn't even give me a correct one.
