FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS. BEWARE OF THE SOCIAL WORKER TINA. SHE IS EXTREMELY TALL WITH BLUE EYES, YOU CANT MISS HER. DO NOT SEND LOVED ONES HERE. SHE IS MONEY HUNGRY AND WILL TRY TO KEEP YOUR LOVED ONES HERE TO COLLECT THE 5K+ THEY GET PER PERSON FROM THE GOV'T. My mother was transferred here from the VA in Long Beach due to frontotemporal dementia. This was supposed to be temp as this facility smells very strongly of urine all the time and is very institutionalized. 3 people per room. Gross hospital style food served with warm milk. My mother's personality has changed severely since being here. She won't eat! She is below 5 feet tall and normal weight is 120... she is now 90 lbs here. My mother had open wounds on her face that were still open and irritated and untreated every single time I visited (my family members can confirm this as they saw the blood on her face too.) This went on for a month. TINA has allowed my mother to be harassed by another tenant at the facility to the point where she was stealing my mom's jacket, picking up phone calls that were for my mother, and I couldn't visit my mom without this particular tenant being involved so of course my mother eventually got tired of it and was aggressive towards that woman and they had to be separated. TINA TAKES IT UPON HERSELF TO TELL EVERY MEMORY CARE FACILITY I TRY TO TRANSFER MY MOTHER TO THAT SHE IS AGGRESSIVE SO THEY WILL NEVER INTAKE HER WHEN SHE LEAVES OUT GIANT DETAILS ON HOW IT GOT THAT WAY. My mother hasn't had any physical altercations since, because the nurses, not TINA, are actually decent at contacting you when things like this happen. I told TINA multiple times I'm trying to transfer my mom to memory care and she basically stays silent as if she's not happy for your loved one to have good care. I needed Tina's help in regards to contacting an ombudsman, she never did that and tried to take my paperwork completely. Sketchy. My mother is an Air Force vet that has served this country for people like Tina to abuse the system. Fortunately, my mother has people who care for her and will advocate for her. Karma is a B and its going to hit Tina like a freight train once I am through.
