Drove all the way to my appointment and the door was locked. I was told to call QTC because my appointment was canceled but they just called me last night confirming my appointment. So annoyed. Not okay! No one wants to take accountability or responsibility.

I must say I was quite uneasy entering this place due to some of the past reviews, but to my surprise it was the best doctors visit I ever had! The place is clean and the staff is super attentive and nice. My Doctor was Dr. Enriquez, Concepcion and she is the most sweetest caring Doctor I have encountered. She took her time to review all my claims and was genuinely concerned for my health. Today was a follow-up appointment to my claims she examined 6-7 months ago for my disability rating and it's been a good experience so far. I definitely recommend this location to any military personnel.

Yep!  Again thanks to this, BOTH my claims, increase and secondary have been denied by the VA when the rest of the evidence (my VAMC diagnosis and X-rays) clearly shows my conditions have worsened.  Again, be aware of what they do at this clinic.
