    They charged for doing nothing, terrible and they send dismantle bills, whats wrong with them, almost 2000 for just send me home. Thats miserable

    As with many other reviewers here, my experience with the billing department has been terrible. My account was erroneously sent to collections although my insurance paid their part and I didn't owe any money. A representative from my insurance company spent half a day trying to contact someone in the billing department and was unable to reach anyone. When I finally reached them, they admitted the mistake and blamed it on a computer error. I received a lame apology for the "inconvenience". From the other reviews here, this seems to be a pattern. If you have a computer system that is making these kinds of errors, it's time to get a new one. More likely, someone's not doing their job. After the trauma of being hospitalized, this is the last thing I need.

    I was in the clinic today for my toddler's physical and shots and I was extremly dissapointed about how the nurse administered the shots to my baby, she was terrible very slow and on the last shot it seem like she purposely hurt her as my baby screamed like if she was hurting her soulmate...no no no and the worst part was.... that her supposed supervisor was there and when I said I needed to complain about what had just happened she tried to discourage me from complaining... I really wished I could speack to a real supervisor from this place as I need some answers!!
