Nice spot! Definitely stop in if you're looking for a more chill vibe than the club next door. Service is a little confusing (wasn't sure if I should order at the bar or flag someone down).

This was my first concert it was amazing, I highly recommend it's a great date experience if your looking for something to do.

We saw the candlelight show of Vivaldis Four Seasons at the Alter Society. The string quartet was absolutely amazing, and the hundreds of candles were so beautiful. The Alter Society is such a beautiful venue! I love the style of the venue! We are definitely going to come back another night and get some food and drinks.

We were walking down Pine to The Pike after dropping off our ZipCar and looking for a place to grab lunch when we found Altar Society. The buildings aesthetic caught our eye and we took a look at their menu posted outside; shareables and pizza by-the-slice sounded perfect. No wait and self-seating at 12:00PM on a Tuesday. We were greeted by Tanner who also served as our host. Tanner was knowledgeable and offered great suggestions for drinks. He provided samples of both Hard Seltzers which allowed us to choose which we liked more (we chose the 1903 P.O.G.); nice touch and shows they are proud of their product! We started with the pretzel bites and beer cheese dip, its the perfect portion for two; the right amount of butter and salt. The Hawaiian and Meat Lovers pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious. Thank you, Tanner and Mike, for making our first time at Altar Society a great experience.
