A friend of mine introduced me to this place. He went on a couple of vacations to Italy, Greece, France, and a few other places and in the process came back with a far better appreciation for espresso.
Hands down, his favorite place when he's in town for a simple espresso is this place. He says there's no competition. My palette isn't nearly as discerning as his, and I normally don't take espresso straight up, some taking his word on it.
Whenever we come here I always ask the barista which is her favorite drink. A lot of them are seasonal and change regularly. They also have plenty of milk alternatives for people like me with a little bit of milk sensitivity.
I've never had a bad drink here, never had a bad experience, the place is clean, the service is pleasant and friendly and knowledgeable, and it's easy to waste an hour or two. Just chatting and enjoying yourself here.

Wonderful neighborhood spot with great drinks, friendly service, and chill atmosphere. Queer & BIPOC friendly, with fun events throughout the year. Lots of outlets around the room, giant table in the middle for a group hang. They have a small stack of board games and I believe they are starting an open mic night on Mondays. Some baristas wear masks and they have outdoor seating on warm days. They also offer treats for dogs.
Vegetarian options: It's a coffee shop, with teas and some pastries. I don't think they have meat?
Dietary restrictions: They have oat and almond milk. Not sure about any gf pastries, but probably.
Parking: Street parking out front is generally easy, 15 minutes free (just hit the green button). Paid lot next door with an app payment situation.
Wheelchair accessibility: Street level business with open space for maneuverability. No fixed chairs, multi level seating available. Also tables outside on warm days.
