The cornetto was very good but coffee is not at all near to Lavazza in Italy, which they claim to be an Italian brand. But the place is very nice to start your day with a croissant.

Service is okay, coffee is bland, not breakfast sandwiches unlike Starbucks. Also, they made a mistake on my order when I was there but didnt notice until I left and they dont have a phone number to contact .

This place is my local coffee house since a move a few months back. Had my first negative experience today, not sure if it's random or due to a recent change in management that was announced on the door. Was greeted by someone who eventually admitted that she was not yet fully awake, but she seemed hostile, or at the very least disinterested in being there. I ordered two oat milk lattes and two vegan croissants. She forgot to charge me for one of the croissants, so I paid cash for the second one. After charging me, she walked off to the back room...not sure what was going on, but she did this a couple of times. Since it started feeling like I might be there longer than I planned, I took a bite of the croissant. When I tasted it, she had handed me one that was cream-filled. I had to spit out the bite I took. She apologized, but it was one of those situations that felt intentional; I can't really explain it. I decided to cancel my order, and had my money refunded. For anyone without allergies or dietary restrictions, this is probably a fine place to patronize. It has that sterile environment that everyone goes for now, so there are certainly coffee houses with much more atmosphere around Long Beach, but it is new and clean. It's biggest benefit was its selection of dairy-free products (including wraps), but I just wouldn't chance it again. Dietary restrictions: Be very careful when ordering. They keep their dairy-free products in a case alongside their regular pastries, and they DO make mistakes.
