Lived here back in 2010-2012 and I have to say, the management and their property management company were very shady. Knew Bre who used to work in the office. She got in trouble for embezzlement from Arbor Square.
Also they had the worst tenants staying there there were gangs hanging out there VLP and the Bloods. One night there was a huge gang fight in the parking lot and they told everyone to stay inside no matter we heard. Let's just say the next morning o woke up to blood all over the sidewalk at the bottom of the stairs in front of my apartment.
Heard they remodeled it and it's under new management. Hopefully better management.

Remodeling awsome very happy with new unit and awesome management very grateful for the whole remodel etc gated and calmed down so blessed having a roof integrity management
