If it's a pretty simple task, it's taken care of quickly. Fo instance our dishwasher rack was rusted. But our tub faucet we were told we'd have to wait until it slows down. Getting frustrated and were told that if we have at least one functioning bathroom. It's not an emergency. We understand that, but how many weeks have to go by to get it fixed, when we are paying good money for 2 bathrooms. Look forward to hearing from you!
