      image I've gone twice and both times I have had to explain how I wanted my brows to be done after she "brow mapped" them HER WAY. It's like she is only taught one way and it's her only way of doing it. It doesn't matter if u want them thin or thicker or shaped or not. She just goes by the way she is taught even though you tell her at the beginning you want them thinner or shaped .
      Aside from that the area seems very clean and the girls in ulta pretty friendly.
