I love JADE. We can talk for days. I love how comfortable she makes me feel. Been coming to her for the past 3 years. And will continue to. She knows what she's doing every single time. Love her.

Customer service was terrible. I called this hair salon and was coarsely greeted "Hello". I then asked if they were open and was told, "NO, Unfortunately" in an extremely rude, short and sarcastic tone. Before I could tell them thank you or that is okay, they hung up the phone. I've been spoken to better at hair shops where English isn't even the first language. I can't speak on their skills cutting hair, but if it matches their customer service, I'm sure there would be more 1-star reviews. Thanks for reading

Jade is amazing! And so friendly. I walked in and immediately was greeted & had my hair washed. I actually had no idea how I wanted my hair cut but Jade recommended a A-like cut (I have super curly hair). It looks beautiful and soooo much lighter. She was fast, made great conversation and her energy was just friendly. I was waiting for my boyfriend to come pick me up and offered for me to wait until he got there and also offered me water. Will definitely be coming back :)
