Ed is one of the nicest and intelligent people I know. We had a backyard with just dirt and from the moment he came, he talked about the technical issues/concerns and also the possible scenarios for our design. Although he didn't have to help with design of the whole backyard, he gave really good suggestions that made us happy. He is very knowledgable and reasonable. Leslie is also great. Together, they make an excellent team. Ed's guys are very good and thorough. His sub-cons are also great.I highly recommend Pools Inc and think you're doing a disservice to your project if you don't have a chat w/ Ed first.

Ed Flannery, owner Pools Inc. just finished a massive pool backyard remodel for us in Danville.  He was recommended by our neighbor down the street that used him on their pool last summer.  He doesn't sub anything and was onsite almost daily. Everything matters to Ed, his attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. His crew worked hard to get the remodel done timely and were very courteous. We are so pleased with the end result and our experience with Pools Inc.  Highly recommend Pools Inc. to anyone building or remodeling a pool.

Pools Inc has been servicing my pool for about 3 years.  This company and its people amaze me at every single interaction we have, whether that's a breakdown service or a routine maintenance.  Ed & Leslie, the owners are very responsive and knowledgeable.   Their whole staff is customer-focused and they provide an exceptional service.  As an expression of my gratitude for the punctual and excellent service, I offered the Pools Inc service representative a tip.  He politely declined and said: "Having you as a Customer is our ultimate reward!"If everybody would have the same attitude towards service as Pools Inc., the World would be a better place.  I can't recommend them enough.
