        These People Steven & Delina they are the people that handle this company and this is their number +1 (925) 443-6623.they stole $800 money from my mom and dad's bank card because, mom & dad  don't know english these people always charged them extra money. after that i decided to stop this insurance, i called them i texted them i let them know i wanna stop my insurance for the next month they confirmed that and they said okay. then thet charged us again in the next month and i immediately called them to ask them why, they were playing and making me wait and wait. so, its been more than 15 days i am trying to contact with them they dont answer my calls and voicemails.please don't trust these people.

      This person is not a customer, nor have any of my office staff or myself ever had any contact in the office, on the phone, by email or text. I will request google remove this review based on lack of information that indicates he has requested to discuss any insurance needs or has directly or indirectly contacted my agency. Our office keeps detailed logs and customer communication on all quote or product transactions.
