Farmers Insurance - Zachary Spriggs

The worst insurance agent. Never was on top of anything. When I finally opened a policy with statefarms ( best decision) I called Zachary on September 27 to cancel and remove us from auto pay. He informed me that he will go ahead and do it. I requested something via email to make sure he followed through with the cancellation, He informed there is nothing via email but he will mail a physical letter. Comes October 8th we are charged $168. I followed up by email. So then I called corporate and spoke to another agent and was told there were no notes and no cancellations done and that our policy was still active. She apologized. She sent me an email confirmation of the cancellation along with the full refund of October and the prorated charge of September. Honestly agent Zachary was the worst to deal with the lake of responsibility was astonishing. I am not sure how he is running this business but if you have a policy with him I would call farmers and double check everything and find a new agent. I would avoid this agent. We went from paying $168 with him to $63 with State Farm's.
