    So now I have another complaint. So I finally received my paperwork when techs came to pull up staples and nails that were left in my bathroom since 9/7. How interesting I actually have a copy of the certificate of satisfaction stating all STRONGLY AGREED and my signature once again. I have NEVER completed this form. I was informed that this was not intentionally done. I Strongly disagree and regards this to being fraud. and if I did I wouldn't give strongly agrees. This has now become truly unprofessional on so many levels. I just notice this was never posted from 10/11 I would NOT recommend this Servopro to anyone. Service: Flood cleanup

    I had my bathroom leaking, Servepro team came and detected it, after all they found the leaking reason, our insurance company worked with Servepro team and paid for every include my deductible. And they said once they receive the payment they will help me out on scheduling for a reparation. Finally, It's been almost 2 months already and the team never give me the exact date they will come to fix it. Can't trust this business no more. And the one who was in charged of this received our calls and never wants to call us back. Really really unprofessional. I wish I didn't choose Servepro and go with my own contractor. They just ripped them all off and left it like that, and we don't know when can we use our bathroom again. TRUELY A LIAR.

    In the midst of multiple disasters, including a bad water leak with much damage, Servpro served us very well. Ian and his crew were professional, thorough, courteous and prompt. They did excellent clean-up and removal of a gigantic mess. Sadly, due to multiple factors, including communication issues, we weren't able to use them for the restoration process. I'm very grateful for Ian and his crew. They came to rescue.

Hello Donna, I apologize for all the frustrations you experienced with our service during and after mitigation. We would love the opportunity to discuss this further with you. I see the concerns you list and would like the opportunity to provide further information: regarding the staples and nails left in your bathroom, we deeply apologize as leaving dangerous items like this is not our standard process at all. Finding the additional moisture is unfortunately something that can happen as water is finicky and, at times, can appear in an areas previously checked so we appreciate you helping and having us double check areas. Regarding the forms, our technician states more than just the equipment form was signed that initial day and we do see that as well with different signatures captured. The forms you reference as not being signed by you is a concern to me, and Servpro, as well. When you called to speak with me on 10/2/23 I was out of the office so the message was passed onto the Production Manager, Vicky, instead so I wasn’t aware you asked to speak with me. Regarding your request for the forms to be forwarded, my understanding is that a technician is scheduled to meet with you today, and might already be there, and will be hand delivering the forms to you. I do see your concerns and do validate them and again can only offer our deepest apologies for everything you have been through.

Hello Tran, we are sorry to hear about the delays on your project. Have you called our office asking for an update? I don’t see that we have any recent calls from you. I believe there is a misunderstanding in the process. With a water loss like this there are always 2 steps. The first step is to dry and remove any affected materials, the second step is to repair the damages. It looks like the first step was completed successfully a month ago. The repair step is in the scheduling process which does take time as we work through other jobs that have already started, typically 4-5 weeks after the contract is signed. I will have our Reconstruction department reach out to you regarding your project since your job is at that step.
