      image We found Matthew from Dr. Ductless to be very personable and professional when he came out to talk to us about the prospect of having mini splits installed in our home. He was very knowledgeable with the Daikin units were interested in and made very helpful suggestions as to where to place the units on the interior of our house and where the compressor would best be placed on the exterior. He left us with a brochure with pictures of a wall unit or close to the floor unit for aesthetic preferences. Additionally, he made us aware of some programs that benefit customers for purposes of reducing ones taxes, as well as several different finance options for our project at a very low interest rate. He also promised us an estimate for the same day of his appointment, which was nice! I would definitely recommend this company as one you should consider when youre getting estimates for your mini split projects!

      image Our first time experience with selecting a Split AC was excellent. Matt was excellent at planning out a system for our place. We were equally impressed with our technicians, Angel and Andrew, as they were professional and patient to walk us through all the options of where the system could be placed so that we could optimize its efficiency. Everyone has been communicative and respectful.. We highly recommend Dr Ductless for your future Daikin Split AC unit.
