Had a HVAC 12y old leaking condenser. Got new one and installed it with Controller Comfort. The new condenser cools very well.
Christian was meticulous and careful.
I've worked with them on different issues I had with my 12y old HVAC that I've inherited with condo purchase. I hope I will keep it for at least 10 more years, before there is a need to buy new air handler module. I would recommend doing yearly maintenance with them.

We experienced an AC leak over the weekend and had Controlled Comfort come out right after. The diagnosis was not immediately apparent, and our tech Christian did his diligence checking on a number of potential causes before sounding the alarm. He cleaned our blower motor, all of the pipes and hoses around the home and assessed the health of the core unit. We feared the worst (a full replacement) but CC was honest and upfront about better solves we could do now. Really appreciated their honesty and transparency in the process (our most sought after value in companies like this) and will be calling them in 6 months for a maintenance checkin. I was having some trouble with my aging HVAC system. I was recommended Controlled Comfort by a friend. Greg came out to evaluate our system in Northridge and was able to quickly find out a cost effective solution to our problem. After we agreed to his evaluation, he was able to fix our system extremely quick. Even though Greg told us our aging HVAC system will need to be replaced eventually, it is working better than it has in years. Thanks for your great work Greg!

Greg from Controlled Comfort replaced my HVAC system and ducting in the San Fernando Valley area. He is very detail oriented, balanced the airflow throughout the house for better comfort, and has been quick to follow-up on any questions or concerns. I compared 4 contractors before selecting him, and could not be happier. The system has been running great for 6+ months. I strongly recommend Controlled Comfort for your HVAC repair or replacement.
