We needed to have warranty work completed on our 2022 Lance truck camper.
The service technician was able to quickly troubleshoot the problems and make the repairs; he solved the concerns that we had. At the end of each day he explained the work he had done, answered any questions we had, and then brought our camper back out into the parking lot so we would be able to stay in it, saving us expensive hotel fees. The service writer listened carefully and reviewed each of the items on the list with us to be sure we hadn't missed anything. Throughout the two days of service she kept in contact via email so we would know the status. The Lance Service Department provided us with outstanding customer service.

Just called to order a part for our Lance camper. Like a previous reviewer did had the serial number all ready.
Called, lady said they don't do retail anymore.
