      image no body pick up the phone, not only this place, but common in other branches, at most they cancel the lines , i wish i had account in other banck, had to stick with boa , very lazy employees

      image I am waiting for more than 40 minutes in line to be attended to and only 2 windows are serving, the line is all the way outside the bank. It's not possible. Why don't they put more staff.
