Timeless Cleaners - Quartz Hill (Quartz Hill Cleaners)

I was very disappointed by the service I received; it doesn't appear the seamstress here takes pride in her work. I gave a very specific request for two pants I needed hemmed and when I got home and tried them on (I was not invited to do so when I picked the pants up) they were much too long (about 1.5 inches). I returned later the same day to tell her and request that she take them in more and she informed me that I would be charged the full price again to correct their error. The lady said, "you saw me pin them so I'll have to charge you the full price to pin them again". If I knew when she pinned them that she was doing a bad job I would have informed her. I could have seen her cut a strip away and not known any better, it's why I went to get them professionally hemmed in the first place. I would not recommend their customer service or their tailoring and will not be returning here. Now I have to pay elsewhere to do the same job. A waste of time and money, unfortunately.
