Sold me a policy through aegis and also fraudulently added in a policy for themselves for $125 that I did not agree to sign, acknowledge, accept or would have any use for. I was told the policy for a year was $700 some dollars, that was including a policy they added on without my consent. Don't do business with them unless you want useless unapproved policies added on directly from skyblue for some home and wellness travel plan that's useless. I was left on terminal hold to be hung up this morning when called to ask for recordings of our conversation. I've been advised to next go to the BBB and file a complaint and also the Secretary of State. So that's what I'll be doing.

THIS IS A SCAM, the day after I bought the insurance my card became compromised. They E-Mailed a document, but I didn't sign, as I had already realized they were putting multiple charges on my account, about 10 or more before noon. They began sending me several Emails and texts a day, rushing me to sign. The overly friendly insurance agent became very rude once he realized I had caught on, and wouldnt sign.

I just got a new homeowners insurance policy with Foremost, and the agent at SkyBlue processed my request and provided exactly the coverage I asked for. It only took a couple of phone calls with Amalia Mendoza to get it done. She even set up the payment schedule I needed quickly. My home is paid for, and I did not want to risk leaving the coverage lacking. Thanks again to Amalia at SkyBlue for making it easy and taking care of me. Richard in Stanley NC.

I contacted SkyBlue for insurance on our trailer in Florida in May 2023. I was very pleased with the process and the policy was issued. Then, 9 months later, I get a call from the insurance carrier. They had a refund check for me but it was returned to them. What refund check I ask...? Well, the carrier cancelled our policy weeks after the issue date because they never received the inspection report we submitted to SkyBlue. Neither the agency or carrier contacted me about this cancellation, so I was unaware of the cancellation...for 9 months. None of my calls or emails to Genesis regarding this, were returned. Almost a year later, I have new insurance and finally received the refund check. We are fortunate nothing happened to our place in the mean time.
