Metro by T-Mobile

I posted a review yesterday but oddly enough it is not showing. I went to store, upgraded my phone Again after only 3 months and was charged for a phone case and tempered glass which I did not want and was told by Katherine they were "free" due to my purchase. She charged me $55.06 for these free items. Went back, Carlos said will do refund and will take 5-10 business days and he would talk to Katherine about this. Very very shady business practice for a customer who has been with them for over 20 years. Just for the inconvenience alone they SHOULD have given me the case.

It was so refreshing to not only get greetings upon entering and prompt attention. BUT Also, GREAT!!!!! Customer service. Cynthia is the BEST!!! She took the time and answered All of my questions, repeatedly, until, I actually understood . And I was. Clueless. 3rd or 4th shop I went to regarding same issue or issues and could not be happier. It is worth the gas to go there!! 5 STARS. 2 THUMBS UP!! Way to go metro !! Thank you again Cynthia, GREAT JOB!!!
