I found a few options online for getting a new phone line, but decided to see what a B&M can offer. Bottom line: Boost will make it hard for you to do your transactions in a physical store by having the online options sooooo much better. Its too bad. Why five stars? Walking into a store gave me a chance to talk with the staff there. Physical stores have a rep for having vultures inside to prey on people. These physical stores are renowned for that. It doesnt even have to be Boost. ALL telecom stores have vultures. I can tell you now: the staff I spoke with (Christian) is not one of those. He was helpful and tried his darndest best to find solutions. Even if in the end, we realized that online. Is best for me, I never felt I was a bother or a burden. Kudos to you, Christian! Youll go places. Just dont stay with a company (like Boost) that will hamper your growth with inane policies.
