        Terrible Customer Service, went in to get an upgrade for my phone. While in the store noticed what seemed to be the manager "gio" completely ignore another Customer. Once i paid for the order of my new phone we needed to go to our email for a e-signature, it did not send correctly and needed help changing it. We stood in the store for an hour while the employee who was supposed to be helping us originally, went to help another Customer without notice. We took it into our own hands to call T-mobile support in the store to get it fixed. After we got what seemed to be the email we went to Gio to confirm where he ignored us aswell.

        Had the worst experience ever with T-Mobile representative, Egar lying about my phone having water damage after an hour of not being able to fix a technical issue. Thank God I used my common sense and didn't file a claim. The phone's only issue was not being able to activate to cellular data and it was a technical issue. Sounding the alarm so this doesn't happen to another person.
