El Capitan Apartments

Just moved here in August of. And I have no complaints. Super quiet community. My landlord is has been so super helpful. I appreciate her so much from my previous landlord. #2thumbsupforme

I feel like these most recent reviews aren't real. the walls are paper thin and filled with roaches and termites. I had an okay experience on the first floor, but the second floor apartments are not safe. they get waaaay too hot and the termites dive bomb you in the summer. we also had problems with break-ins in the parking lot.

We have had a lovely experience at the apartment complex, we've had no issues. No animal fur, no backing up. The repairs are fast. We have no issues with anything. The manager is very sweet and kind. She does a great job to make sure everything is in order. The neighbors are super nice and this place makes you feel comfortable.

I love it here, been living here for 2 1/2 yrs ! Very nice well kept clean environment to live in. My daughter loves it here as well, her school is right around the corner and she love the fact that we live less than 4 minutes away from Lindo Lake. The best area to be in ! El Capitan Apt is quiet and so peaceful, a great place to call home ( I will be staying for as long as they allow me too. ) The manager is on top of your every need. She makes sure that every question's, comments & concerns are attended to right away. She does a great job at managing the whole complexs and making sure you have a good living experience here. She definitely goes above and beyond for the tenants she gets a 10/10 from me a long with the property itself ! Thank you El Capitan and the whole Property Management Team !

I have recently moved into my first apartment here at El Capitan Apartments, and I have to say I lucked out with finding a unit here! Through out the entire move in process, the building manager has made it a smooth and easy for me. She ensured that I had knowledgeable of all the accommodations that the area has to offer, and continues to make sure that I have everything that I need, out of the kindness of her heart. Everyone here has been such a welcoming community to me! I am in unit #10, and I have not had any issues with pluming, electrical, or noise. I know that I can count on this complex if any problems would arise, as they are very understanding and attentive to any issues brought to their attention. I never thought I would find a more perfect spot to live!
