Elia Perez has made it so difficult for me that I had to change Drs. She violated my hippa rights, and was negligent when asked to take care of my pain. I have reported her to my Insurance and patient advocate. Beware. I have never ever been treated so poorly by anyone let alone a PA. She seems to think she is a Dr and yet she didnt further her education. My husband is a Dr and would lose patients with that kind of bedside manner. She is just awful. There are other pain management practices that will treat you like a patient. Try them. I hope Elia Perez will have learned some sort of lesson after Ive reported her. Patient confidentiality is very important. You dont speak to a patient on a speaker. When asked to be taken off, her reply was no ones here!

Finally a pain doctor who listens. I've seen so many who can't figure it out. His experience makes the difference. I hope he doesn't retire too soon.

Dr Helm & his staff are kind, compassionate & efficient. I appreciate Dr Helm listening to my many concerns & helping to resolve my long term issues.

The staff is wonderful. Dr. Helm knows what he's doing. He's not warm n fuzzy. He's good at what he does- that's what matters.
