MemorialCare Surgical Center Laguna Woods

This facility is amazing! From the front desk staff to the nurses and doctors. I was very nervous and they were very helpful in calming me and getting me through my procedure. I just cant say enough. Its hard to find caring and compassionate medical professionals these days and this place has it all!

I cannot express to you what a great surgical center this is. My mom had a really poor experience at our local hospital and scheduled for her surgery on her MCL to be here. Let me tell you- the quality of patient care was superb. The medical staff did such an incredible job taking care of my mom. The discharge nurse (Maureen) was literally the SWEETEST nurse I have ever met- so patient, kind and tentative to my mom. Dr. Graham- thank you! After our experience, I knew I had to write a review for this surgical center. FYI- plenty of parking and the lobby was not bustling with a crazy amount of people. It was calm and quiet and very clean. Just a fantastic experience for a not-so fun situation (aka getting surgery).

I was booked at the MemorialCare Surgical Center in Laguna Woods for a colonoscopy and the entire experience just could not have been better! The entire staff there was professional yet very nice and friendly which made all the difference in the world and made the whole rather awkaward procedure a breeze so to speak. I always felt that I'm in good, caring hands and felt 100% safe and secure there. I just can't praise my doctor Dr. Ramin Zabihi and the entire staff enough. And oh by the way, a note that incidentally my wife also had her procedure done there late last year and I also felt the same things at the time as I saw how well she was cared for and I was dully impressed. Thanks a million guys and keep up the great work!!
