Good initial visit then no one see you for hours. You sit in the emergency room after diagnosis for two hours then they come in and say you are discharged. Went out several times asking for someone to say if we can go. No answer for hours.

Saddleback Memorial Care ER Department always has my back. I am very grateful for this group of medical professionals. Yes its an ER, and they are busy. They have treated me on several occasions. This time was hands down the best treatment Ive had. Its possible I went in with a better mindset. Nobody likes to be sick and have serious issues, but it is nice to know these amazing people are there for the community. Thank you for helping me through this difficult time!

I have been in Saddleback in Laguna Hills many, many times over the past several years both in the emergency room and in the hospital. The nurses and doctors have always been great. The ER is always full so the nurses and doctors are kept really busy but have never been neglectful. I appreciate all their care and concern and have never had a single complaint both in ER and hospital. I highly recommend Saddleback hospital in Laguna Hills.

I went to the ER, but I was not asked to fill out any admission form. Later, I noticed that some of the demographic information was inaccurate, due to the opening of two different accounts in the system. The medical release department discovered this discrepancy later on. I'm uncertain about the purpose behind this, but it undoubtedly had an impact on the imaging and test results that were uploaded, potentially rendering them inaccurate. While the accounts were eventually merged, it was done too late. I have no idea who might have taken advantage of having two separate accounts for one person, but the treatment process was adversely affected as a result.
