Awful service. Waiting in room for over 40 mins to have the Dr interrupted once in our room by the front desk. Failed to call in antibiotic three times. Aliso office is a mess!

We have been with Seaview for 12 years. After been acquired several years ago, their charges went up significantly. And most of the experienced good doctors left. For a simple annual wellness check, they filed claims and reverted two months later, then filed again, end up sending me bills of a couple hundred dollars. I had to call insurance and made a 3 party call to clean up the mess. It's time to move on and find a better place.

Dr. K wanted me to trust him from the beging when trust requiers time, because I wanted to be edjucated from the vaccins that he want to put in my son and wanted to take time so I can do my researchs and since he seemed not having time and the willing to edjucate me little bet as a father of my son, instead he seems that he felt offended because I asked him that and told me if im not willing to let my son take the vaccins I should go to another dr or pediatric, Whata a work ethic from this Dr. Now, since he told me that It has been multiple months and went instead to the one in Laguna Hills which little foruther distance but at least still much. It seems the pediatric is not intrested in seeing kids that their parents are taking time to know about them in order Ben's comprehens about what in them and how it works and if there are side effects from them and the pros and cons. Therefore, that tells only one thing which is If that visit is not getting paid from the insurance for the vaccins included the visit payment then that he is not intrested to see the kid and I do not think there are another explantion for it.

We've had a few scares in our baby's short lifespan but we've had nothing but amazing care from Sea View. Our baby's primary doctor is Dr. Openshaw, who is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and understanding. I couldn't imagine a better doctor for our little one! We've also seen two other doctors (at the other locations), due to some scares, and they too were great. The staff have been nothing but professional and friendly and I'm shocked to see such a low average rating. I would highly recommend Sea View, and Dr. Openshaw especially!
