Chris did a great job in assisting us in the purchase of our first home in Laguna Beach. He was respectful of our budget and used negotiation skills to close the sale for 300k under list price. The home needs renovations and Chris introduced us to a local contractor to get us started. I have worked with multiple realtors in the past who where pushy and money hungry but Chris was a class act and truly was working in our best interest.

Chris was AMAZING! He not only found the perfect home for my mother, but also sold her previous home (in that order). He had known my mother casually and made note of the fact that she would love to stay in South Laguna, but wanted a home with a yard for gardening while not sacrificing her ocean view (impossible). OMG, he found the perfect place, before it hit the market, with a much larger yard than expected and a full unobstructed ocean view within her budget. It was a leap of faith for my mom to purchase her new (1928) home before her previous home was on the market. But Chris was reassuring, patient and optimistic. I dont think anyone could have accomplished what Chris did with the care and attention to detail. Selling a home in an uncertain market, with interest rates rising so quickly was risky, but with Chris guiding the way it was possible. I am forever indebted to Chris for making the impossible possible. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone who wants a caring realtor with knowledge of the market who clearly wants to help homebuyers (or sellers) achieve their real estate goals. Thank you Chris!
