Naz Hair

If I could I would give Naz a 0 star. I purchase a voucher via Living Social and as instructions stated, you had to call to make an appointment. Well I called several times with no answer and i decided to go to the salon so I can book my appointment, Naz was not only rude she immediately stated she was booked! and that I had to make an appointment in advance. Well I had been trying but how can you make one if you don't answer the phone. She then told me that my voucher was expired but to text her to book an appointment. I followed her instructions to only find out via text the same thing. She was not answering then responded with "I am booked" I tried to make appointment months in advance but that didn't work either. Do not waste your time getting vouchers from Living social with her, she wont honor them. Long story short, Its a scam!!!!!!!!

Very dissatisfied. Got Groupon coupon and tried to book appointment with her but she never received any call neither she replied to any voicemail calls so went directly to her shop but she is overbooked and can't make any appointment.
