Terrible experience with Panoramic Doors, even worse experience with their customer support. I would not recommend anyone looking for doors like this to use Panoramic, there is much better options out in the market.
This all began with Derek Jenkins at the Laguna Beach showroom, he promised a great experience and even better product. But it was nothing but a smoke screen and lies. After purchasing doors that exceeded $30k the path with Panoramic became a nightmare. Doors arrived 3 weeks late and the doors were badly manufactured. When installed it was revealed the doors were not the correct size and were not straight. This left the doors to have gaps and not being able to open or close properly.
When I reached out to Derek about this, he promised to get the problem fixed. When Panoramic sent out certified Panoramic technicians the problems got worse and the doors became even more not usable and nothing like I was promised. By this time 4 months into trying to get them fixed, Derek just pushed me off to another person in Panoramic named Jarrod. He also promised fixes ASAP but that never happened. Another 4 months passed and the issues became even harder to deal with.
Working with Panoramic was nothing but a nightmare filled with empty promises and fake call backs that never happened. Even to this day they have become silent and ignored all my calls and messages.
Be careful purchasing anything with this company, do your homework and find another much more reputable company.

I am so happy I read these reviews before making such a huge commitment to these doors. My husband and I were ready to purchase these doors but after seeing how they treat customers we shopped around and found a much better fit for us and for our investment. People do your homework on this company and read their experiences with previous clients.

This review is based on customer service that i have experienced from Derek, i haven't received the 5 panel door yet, however the service has far exceeded my expectations. I have had to do some change orders even after i submitted the final and Derek never seemed to be bothered by my mistake, (I don't recommend doing change orders after the fact, it could be too late) Derek ALWAYS responds to the phone or text and is always extremely helpful and patient, I cannot wait to get my door installed, I will submit a follow up review with photos. doors are awesome and work better than expected, what a difference they make, everyone comments on the doors
