        I just had my windows replaced and they look amazing! I couldnt be happier with the entire process from my first call with Jennifer to the installation today. Jennifer didnt give me a huge sales pitch and try to upsell me (which is why I didnt go with the other companies I spoke to), and she kept me up to date on scheduling. The installer, Issac was so kind and did an awsome job and a clean and tidy job too! He made sure I was completely happy before leaving the house. Manny also installed the windows and was very particular about cleaning up every last speck of dust! They showed up on time, were respectful, and left me with gorgeous windows!

        Had reason to contact MDW about an after sales support issue on a door installed 3 years previously. The root cause of the issue was unclear and it is entirely possible it was nothing to do with the door or the original install. Regardless, MDW jumped right in and made several visits to the house to investigate and ultimately resolve the issue. Rob Fahl was responsive and professional, installers Joe and Isaac were highly skilled as well as eminently likeable. This is the way customer service should be but sadly often isn't. Can't recommend highly enough.

        Fantastic experience with purchase and installation of a large custom window. Issac and Manny were the installers and they took great care with the installation in terms of attention to detail on tie-in to existing trim. They prevented damage to existing customer counters and tile. Very clean, timely, and efficient.

        Great customer service! Manny and Isaac were so kind and efficient when working at our home. They made sure to cover all furniture and anything in our home that may get dirty from the installation and were very detail oriented. Cleaned up when they were finished and it was as if they were never there! We were very appreciative!
