I went to deposit my check at this location, and what a surprise awaits for me from KAMELIA. When I got there, there was a gentleman he was trying to make a transaction but was having difficulties with communication with KAMELIA. He asked me if I could help him, which I did since there were only the two of us talking in Espaol I noticed that KAMELIA started feeling uncomfortable. This gentleman told me, "I didn't have any issue when I opened my banking account. The language was not a problem for them" when finally the transaction was over. There was not: -Thanks for banking with us. -Is there anything I can help you with? Obviously, ZERO, have a nice day. She was rude and unprofessional. Willing to help this person ZERO. I have been banking for almost 30 years, and I have never been treated really rudely with her attitude until yesterday, like KAMELIA.

This location is great! Ramin, Sara,asieh went above and beyond /thank you so much for fitting my wife and I in with our 11 month old child ( without an appointment) we couldnt have asked for a better experience/ assistance with our banking and we will be coming to this location from here on out.

I sent two wires to an account at this bank. I had transposed two numbers on the account. BofA declined the wires, so the money was returned except they stole $45 each. Taking 90 bucks for a mistake is WRONG! Sorry about my error, but the $90 seems to be THEFT! Please show the World that you are honest, and return my $90 dollars. Waive your fees. Thank you. If you do, you will be praised here for your quick action. Thank you again.

Absolutely the worst BofA in this area. They close for no reason. Theyre always short on employees. Dont not bank here.
