Rachael Hand was the listing And selling broker on my stepmothers home in San Ramon California. She is the consummate Professional of deep competency and great relationship skills, including patience. My sister had reached out to me, needing to move my stepmom into an assisted living facility. The property was in need of repair and the family assets were not deep nor have they ever gone through a sale previously.
