Ladera Flower Shoppe

When I went in to pick up a bouquet for my wife I met Kelly, the owner, and she was a sweetheart and a true pro. I named off a few types of flowers I knew my wife liked, as well as some colors and Kelly was able to put together a beautiful arrangement that I know will make her happy!

I recently got flowers here for my mom and they were just beautiful! The staff here is so kind and they know exactly how to harness the look/feel of different types of flowers in order to create you that perfect and totally unique bouquet!

I called in from out of state, described what I wanted to have delivered to a friend that just had surgery, and the person on the phone was so helpful and nice. She made it extremely easy and simple to order and pay for the flowers over the phone. My friend sent me a picture of the final product delivered and it was more than I could have hoped for for the price I paid for it. Exceptional quality and beautiful flowers! When I visit Ladera Ranch next I will for sure stop by this shop to buy something just for the sake of being appreciative of a good business!

On Monday, 2/19 I ordered Serenade in Blue (photo 1) for a coworker and what was delivered on Tuesday, 2/20 (photo 2) was not even similar. Two customer service reps saw the picture of the delivered floral arrangement and said it was similar enough. What do you think? I would never recommend anyone order flowers from this establishment.

This is such a great little shop to get your floral arrangements for any occasion from. I was partially responsible for planning a work banquet and we had Ladera’s whip up some centerpieces from some of their beautiful selection of flowers. Each centerpiece was unique but still went together as part of the overall theme of the evening. Everyone was really happy with the outcome and the price, and all the bouquets went home with someone at the end of the night!
