0 stars! Terrible! Do not use them! I ordered flowers for a funeral that never showed up even though I got a confirmation email saying they delivered them! Had I not searched for them at the funeral I would have been robbed! I contacted them to let them know they weren't delivered and then they acted as if they wanted to make it right, but wanted to charge me MORE! On top of that, one of the ladies I talked to had horrible customer service. Do not use this company!

I ordered flowers for my daughter as it was my deceased grandsons birthday. Very trying day for her. My daughter did not acknowledge the flowers so I called the company. I got an answer right away. They told me that they confirmed the delivery. At this point I did not know why she would not acknowledge it. I spoke with her the next day and she said no she did not receive any flowers. I called the company back they then contacted the florist and they sent her a picture of the flowers when they were delivered. They were delivered to the wrong address. Not even in her condo complex. Customer service was apologetic and promptly returned my money. So it really was not Flower Shopping's fault.

The only good thing I have to say is the flowers were fresh. This is a Canadian company and I had to pay in US funds. I paid a good amount of money . The arrangement was small and basically consisted of carnations. No roses… nothing like their picture online.

This was for my wife as part of our anniversary cellebrations. The flower arrangement came with flowers about to die (see photos). The customer service said there was a problem with the local florist and said they were sorry and would issue a partial refund that never came through. What a disappointment!
