First, I highly recommend Jimmy Alam to all who need to obtain real estate loans. Jimmy is a loan broker/advisor who understands his trade. I recently purchased my first home. Jimmy coordinated the entire process. He was very responsive to all my questions and concerns at all hours of the day. Importantly, Jimmy understands how to present borrowers to underwriters and lenders in a way that streamlines the review process and minimizes the back-and-forth between the parties. This saved a great deal of time. Lastly, Jimmy kept his word on a couple of key items, earning my business for life. I will absolutely work with Jimmy again on future real estate financing ventures.

I don't know if anyone who comes here never realize there is a great loan advisor at this place. **Aaron is the most knowledgeable person at finding the right loan program for this client. I am one of his clients 09/01/2023, and I have shopped with a lot different leaders but no one can beat Aaron's program. The best part, "There's no Stanger FEE at all." He gives me very detail on, monthly payment and minimize the fee as you can never find anyone can like he does. I highly recommend you have to try talking to him. I can guaranty he will find you the best deal.

Jimmy from Loan Advisors is amazing. He was able to close my loan in a short 24 days. Jimmy was attentive to details, told us exactly what to do, managed and exceeded all our expectations, and communicated effectively.
