First of all, I want to thank you Kirk Evans and FPC with all my heart for financing and making my dream home a reality!! It has been a pleasure working with Kirk Evans, a very honest respectable person and FPC for my home loan. Kirk made the loan process smooth and very easy. He is super professional, knowledgeable and honest .He gave me his time and attention and answered and explained all my questions and concerns during the whole transaction . He also saved me thousands of $$ in loan fees and got me a a great interest rate ( you wont get in other banks or loan institutions). He closed the loan earlier than the closing date ( 3 weeks). Kirk was referred to me by my daughter and her friends who have closed loans and continue bussiness with Kirk who are very much satisfied ( just like me). Our #1 lender. Great experience. Compared three different lenders and stumbled onto FPC by accident as the fourth. FPC beat the best of the three others rates and handled everything quickly.
