MCC Quality Cleaning

MCC Quality Clean is a great cleaning company. We have used them for over 6 months now, at several of our apartment communities. Dustin and Annetta are very helpful and strive to have great customer service. We enjoy how they follow up with the service to ensure everything met our standards. Scheduling services with them is easy and very flexible. Love how they automatically send reminders of their arrival time. I cannot express how amazing Dustin and the team at MCC Quality Cleaning is. We required their services to keep our offices open during the pandemic. They have supplied the most professional, knowledgeable team that they can. They have done a phenomenal job keeping up with our needs to be compliant with CDC sanitation standards. I am thankful to have companies like MCC to partner with for success!

I am very happy with Dustin & his crew! I work in landscaping and my office can get a bit out of control shall we say. They came in, got it into shape and I can now have clients there without apologizing for the condition of my office. Definitely recommend them and will use them again!

When the staff manager showed up to clean our office. I thought she was going to use some powerful bleach, since we are in the times of COVID-19.... I began preparing myself for the Bleach smell....... I did not think that cleaning products could smell this good and disinfect so well, she did not use the powerful smell of BLEACH..... I would like to say Thank You to Claudia for always smiling, having a positive attitude, keeping our office disinfected, clean and smelling fresh.

Our office has been using MCC for a few years now and we are all very pleased with the work that they do. I've dealt with both Dustin & Claudia and they have always been very flexible and accommodating, even when I've had to make changes to the schedule on short notice.Claudia always responds to any questions or emails quickly, and she's super friendly and punctual, too. She also lets me know well in advance if we start running low on supplies, which I really appreciate. She takes great care to get the job done well, and especially in these times, it's been comforting to know that we have such a capable and thorough team to help us maintain the cleanliness of our office. With several years of experience with them and absolutely no cause for complaints, I would confidently recommend them to anyone! Thanks, MCC!
