Very disappointed with the "service" of this company. I set up the appointment days in advance. I gave the gentleman the door code to enter the house. Once it was time to perform the cleaning no one had the code. They tried to call me once and did not leave a vm. Since I was at work I could not answer right away.
I called them back and finally got a hold of someone, she said they couldn't get in the house. I told her there was a door code. She did apologize and said they would send the crew back out the next day. Weeeeelllll the next morning I woke to a text saying they had to cancel my cleaning service for the day!!!

DO NOT HIRE. First off, if you are on a tight schedule definitely do not choose. They moved my appointment slot 3 times in one day! They have unclear/shady business practices. The office manager, Chris, hung up on me during one of our calls. The manager, Josh, was supposed to call me the same day and he did not, so I had to call back the next day. This just shows me they don't care about their customers. To make matters worse he accused me of lying about something he had no knowledge about and wasn't even there to witness. After the appointment, I called to inquire why the amount they charged was more than what was discussed. I understand it's a quote, but it was significantly more than what was quoted. They quoted me $150 for 1.5 hours with two cleaners. When the 3 cleaners showed up, there was no mention of extra charges. The office staff and the cleaners did not specify any extra charges for having 3 cleaners. They quote you based on time, but they end up charging you per person. I believe this is a dishonest business policy. After explaining the situation to the manager, Josh, his response was "sorry that was unclear to you." I was asking for reimbursement for the extra person, I wasn't asking for a total refund. I understand now why they are cheaper than the other companies. They don't do a thorough job cleaning and the lower price makes it more likely for customers to choose them. But in the end You've Got Maids was more expensive than the other companies who charge more per hour because they charge for things that were not agreed upon. They take your credit card information when booking so you can't even do anything about it if you disagree. They can charge you for whatever they want! The cleaners didn't mention anything about the extra charges before they left, so I was completely blindsided when I checked my statement. They overcharge for the amount of cleaning they do. I had them focus on cleaning one room and sweep/mop the floors, since they told me they only had 1.5 hrs. The result was a mediocre job. I had to ask them to reclean areas. They did not clean hard to reach areas and they did not clean under any of the furniture. I had to clean again after they left. Honestly, I think 1.5 hours was too long for the amount of cleaning they did. TL/DR: Unclear pricing, dishonest business practices, untimely, poor customer service, poor cleaning, overcharge for the amount of cleaning done

I have been waiting for a long time, living depressed with my house that was a total mess. I could not keep up with the demands of it all! I finally had some extra money, and hired 3 girls for the 10 hour cleaning.... (3 hours 20 minutes each) They did a fantastic job, I can finally breathe again, seeing how clean everything is! They moved my couches, cleaned under, and behind them, under the cushions. They even cleaned the unexpected bathroom mini blinds. The front, and back of doors, all my kitchen cabinets. They even cleaned the toaster oven, and put fresh foil to cover the tray!I could not be happier, and look forward to having them back when needed. Thank you Josh, for all the conversation going over what I wanted done, and assuring me they would basically clean what ever I wanted in the allotted time!

If I could give them negative ratings I would. They sent an email stating they would be at my house between 10-11. I called the company at 12 because I started to get scared they weren't coming. I was told the maids were on their way. I called again at 1pm. I was told again they were on their way. I called again at 2pm and they asked if I wanted to cancel! I said no I have an event tomorrow, they said they would be there soon. They did not show up until 3pm and charged me $400 for 2 hours of bad cleaning! The maids lied and stated they got to my house at 1:30pm!! This place is untrustworthy and I would never spend another dime here.
