In April 2022, I experienced water damage in my kitchen. My kitchen, living room and dining room floors had to be replaced. My stove was moved into my garage and the rest of my furniture for those rooms was placed in storage. I was left to sit in a house with no kitchen, living room or dining room furniture. I was not put in a hotel room until I called. I have had six adjusters. The desk that was in my front hallway was damaged. I was told that it got wet where it was stored and was thrown away. My stove was damaged in the move. A shelf in my kitchen was thrown away. This was all done by Puro Clean of Los Angeles. Allstate hired Puro Clean but they will not intercede for me with Puro Clean. They left me to try to get them to repair my stove, replace my desk, etc. I have given up. I am just biding my time until I can leave Allstate. Catherine Blunt
