        I seriously cannot thank Juan enough for all his help. I had a really horrible experience with another Farmers Agent, who basically never contacted me to let me know my policy was expiring because I missed signing a document. Juan has gone above and beyond to help me get my Home insurance straightened out. He was on the phone with me with Farmers directly, he's helped with sending paperwork to my Mortgage company. Communicated with me via phone or text. Responded to any and all questions I had. If definitely recommend Juan. He genuinely cares about his customers and I am so grateful that he was able to help me get everything with my home insurance straightened out. The other agent had made a mess of it. Thank you again Juan. I really appreciate all your help and time.
