I can not recommend this law firm with any degree of good conscience. As a former paralegal I felt I did my due diligence in researching options for representation in family court. The 30 minute free consultation established a level of confidence in their knowledge, experience and business practices such that I retained their services. Shortly after my initial communication with my assigned attorney I requested a reassignment or I would consider withdrawing my retainer. I regret not trusting my intuition. I was disappointed on every level despite exceeding my retainer by a significant margin. I provided 95% of the documentation, evidence and drafts of declarations which were used word for word in court documents. Deadlines were missed on numerous occasions. Let my loss be your gain and find yourself another law firm.

It was daunting and more than a little intimidating to start looking for a divorce lawyer, I kept researching and searching the internet as well as asking friends and family if they had any recommendations, but after finding me reading through Family Law San Diegos website and my consultation with Garrison Bud Klueck, I left feeling relieved and more knowledgeable on the my next steps and what to expect during the process. Very much grateful to the resources he was able to direct me too and appreciate the quick responses as well.

I received a free complimentary call from Bud. I explained my situation in detail to Bud and I was made to believe that It would benefit me to hire his legal services. They needed 5k retainer and so I paid that just to find out Bud would not be representing me, someone else that I never spoke to before from his office would be. She reviewed my documents just to tell me that I didnt have a chance to reduce child support payments. And just like that, a big chunk of my retainer was gone. She agreed to reimburse me the remainder of the retainer but weeks went by so I had to reach out to them a couple times before they finally wrote me a check in which they wouldnt even disclose to me how much I would be reimbursed until the day the check was issued. Very disappointing and frustrating process. I will say that everyone was professional but it was a waste of time and money.
