UpStart Daycare

My son has been with Ms. Len for 2 wonderful years now. Well be leaving this August once he starts UTK and Im already so sad about it. Ms Len has been a second mother to him and has helped him reach so many milestones. Shes been so patient as he potty trained, and has worked with him on his confidence levels and encouraging him to speak up in class. I cannot recommend her enough. She treats your child like her own and there has never been a doubt or concern that hes in the right place. We will definitely miss Ms. Len come August, but shes the type of person youll always want to keep in touch with.

My two girls went to upstart daycare with Ms Len and they loved it and so did we. She had good structure in place and great outdoor play spaces. She often had unique animals for them to see and made holidays and birthdays a special day for them. I knew I could depend on her to take great care of them everyday. My younger two year old had issues with her knee and had trouble walking and it was never an issue for her to care for her just the same as before. If we hadnt moved farther away we would still be taking them there now! We would definitely recommend UpStart to someone looking in the La Mesa / San Diego area.

Absolutely the best daycare in San Diego. A very friendly and caring environment for all children. I would highly recommend this daycare if youre looking for child care. You can leave your children here with peace of mind that they are safe and well taken care of.

The best place for kids. It's safe,trustworthy. Kid's feel like at home and learn at the same time... We spoke in different language in our home. Ms Len taught my son English, he have now best score in English subjects in kindergarten... She is really the best. You can go free minde to work if leave kids here. I recommend 100%.

Absolutely, hands down, the best daycare in San Diego. My children attended upstart daycare from diapers to kindergarten! My children absolutely loved being here and truly saw Ms Len as a second mommy due to the hands on nature she had with all the children. She always made them feel at home with her and provided safety, nutritious snacks and even overnight care for parents if needed. Being a single mom, caring for two toddlers at the time plus work was challenging! but I felt at ease knowing my children were getting the most amazing care while I worked. My children are now in first grade and second grade and still would go back just to hang out again! Truly a gem, we are so happy we found upstart
