Simply put, we could not be happier that we chose Melissa Epenesa as our realtor! She is the perfect realtor in every sense of the word. To start with, our house sold greatly above the listed price and despite of all the dings and kinks Melissa managed to close the sale in just 12 days! Again, 12 days, that included repairs after buyers inspection and minor repairs after appraisal and negotiations. At the end, on the most important part of the deal The Negotiation she managed to bring both parties into a solid agreement in less than 24 hours. Yes, I counted every attribute and her performance was 10 out of 10! If there were 10 stars rating, she would have earned all of them from our experience! Melissa is also just a lovely, kind and warm person, who was so gracious towards our important deadlines. What I love most about Melissa is that she pays attention to all your needs, reassures you with facts and very empathic to your feelings. Melissa is absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgeable and experienced! Me and my fianc were first time home buyers and she was very communicative/helpful with us! She was always present and available no matter the day or time! She broke down everything for us and even went out of her way to FaceTime house showings for us! She is very honest and on top of everything! And in every step of the buying process, she was just as excited as we were! Melissa was amazing throughout the entire home buying process. She stayed in constant contact with me, listened to what I was looking for, brought me properties that matched my desired preferences, and was a bulldog for me when it came to closing. Melissa was always pleasant and positive no matter the situation. Melissa was also willing to make viewing appoints same day on multiple occasions. I have already referred multiple friends to her and will definitely use her in the future should I require a realtor to list or buy another property. Melissa you are phenomenal at what you do!
