Karen and Nicole had been the sellers agents on our La Jolla home 6 years ago and when we decided to sell, we contacted them. Not only do they have great market knowledge/marketing tactics, and a great reputation within our community but they are genuinly nice and easy to work with. They helped us navigate through all the intricate details of the selling process as there are so many negotiations and situations that can happen especially when selling/staging a home with a baby learning to walk. I was particularly appreciative of the timeline emails explaining what to expect throughout the process and specific dates that we needed to have the home ready by- it was so helpful to refer back to. They always put our best interests first (nap/work schedules) and felt their support the entire time. Karen and Nicole did an amazing job (our home sold within 2 weeks) and they are truly the best team! We saw a huge difference in agents when we bought our new home out of state - if only we could have used them again!

Weve known Karen for 12 years and weve bought and sold several homes with her. This year Karen and Nicole helped us sell our home in Del Mar Mesa and assisted with the purchase of our amazing Rancho Santa Fe estate which would be our 6th real estate transaction together. Karen (and her wonderful team member Nicole) sold my mother's house after she passed. I was in NYC and they handled everything - from sending me photos of my mom's possessions to make decisions on, getting quotes from consignment shops, hiring cleaners, packers, declutters and junk haulers. Every detail in closing up a home was expertly handled by them. A terrific experience!

Karen was referred by a friend who worked with her on the sale of his family home in La Jolla. I needed an experienced La Jolla realtor to sell my mothers home located in Birdrock, La Jolla. I was the executor trustee of our family trust and wanted the advice and guidance from an established professional.
